Spanning approximately 15 acres, this four-story multi-family development is designed to seamlessly integrate residential living with a rich outdoor experience. The master plan prioritizes connectivity, recreation, and community engagement, with 308 new residential units anchored by a centrally located clubhouse. A network of thoughtfully programmed spaces extends outward, including a dog run, a scenic pond trail, and an active recreation lawn, all contributing to a layered and dynamic environment. At the heart of the development, the central amenity courtyard is anchored by a resort-style pool, serving as the primary social and recreational hub. Framed by shaded seating areas and lush plantings, the poolscape is designed to foster both relaxation and interaction. A regulation pickleball court, outdoor grilling stations, and communal seating nodes are strategically positioned to enhance activation and social connectivity. A flexible recreation lawn supports a range of uses—including soccer, frisbee, and informal gatherings—offering adaptable space that responds to residents’ diverse lifestyles. Open green areas punctuate the site, providing moments of respite and reinforcing the seamless transition between built and natural elements. The landscape strategy emphasizes a balance between structured activity and open-ended engagement, ensuring that every space contributes to a cohesive and inviting outdoor environment. Currently under construction, the project is slated for completion in Spring 2026.
