The Kelly at 23rd is a 300-unit residential development located on approximately 8 acres, featuring a mix of 3- and 4-story multi-family buildings. At the heart of the development lies a centrally located pond, which serves as a visual focal point for the entire site. The pool deck, thoughtfully designed to overlook the water, creates a tranquil space for residents to unwind while maintaining a strong connection to the natural surroundings. Adjacent to the pool, the clubhouse integrates with the landscape, offering direct access to a spacious grilling and lounge terrace. This area encourages outdoor dining and social interaction. Nearby, a regulation-size pickleball court sits adjacent to a flexible recreation lawn, which acts as a buffer between the more active recreation of the court and the more passive use of the firepit and dining terrace. The terrace is enhanced with trees, festoon lighting, and comfortable seating, including picnic tables, creating an inviting space for casual gatherings and relaxation. A dedicated dog run, complete with a pavilion designed for social interactions, offers a gathering place for both pets and their owners. The site also features a diverse mix of native plantings, enriching the ecological value and visual appeal of the landscape. These elements work together to create a harmonious connection between the built environment and the surrounding natural features. The design fosters a balanced environment where residents can enjoy active recreation, socialize, or relax in a well-integrated, community-oriented space.
